Here is our best practice guide how to manage if some users should not be part of the clean-up process

Generally there are 2 easy ways to manage exceptions.

Easiest method: (No involvement from Data & More)

This is the best method because it does not involve any coordination with Data & More and custom configuration by Data & More.

The customer creates an AD group that is used for the Data & More scanning, and it ONLY has the users that should be part of the clean-up process.

Alternativ method:

The customer has an AD group used for scanning, and it contains users that should not be part of the scanning.

The customer creates a new AD group for any user that should be exempt from the clean-up flow. The customers manage users in that AD group.

Data & More will set up a custom count rule to exempt all users in that AD group from being part of the AD group.
